I am Mehgann Petersen, the owner of Nittany Nesting. I love helping people make their spaces calm, functional, and sustainable. I have always had a love of organization and the way a tidy space can positively impact your life.

My Story

I have lived in the State College area for 20 years. I am a mom to four incredible kids; I know first hand how important it is to keep spaces functional so there's lots of space for family enjoyment. I have been an elementary teacher for 16 years, where I learned the true value being organized and structured.

Through the years, I have enjoyed helping friends and family make their homes work for them. Now I am happily doing the same for the people of central PA. As a professional organizer I am dedicated to making the process of organizing stress free, approachable, and sustainable!
